What is your return policy?

All sales are final, so please carefully review your cart before finalizing your order.


What happens if my order is damaged in shipping? 

Josh & Kate will replace items that are damaged during shipping. Contact us using the form on the contact page. Please be sure to include a description of the damage and your shipping information. Once we receive your message, we will contact you with further details.


I'd like to send my order as a gift. May I include a gift receipt and a message to the recipient?

Yes. Gift options are available through the Paypal checkout process. Your gift message will be sent on Josh & Kate stationery along with your order.
